Advisory for mission-driven organizations navigating modernization
We help you to bring out the best of both worlds
Our Why
My parents could not be more different. Growing up between them, those differences often led to chaos and complexity. I learned early that paradox isn't always something to resolve. If you move through it to understand, rather than to flatten, you make room for something amazing.
Freeman & Floyd was born from that truth. As my mom likes to say, "Your dad and I are very different, and our children are the best of both of us."
That's the work. Navigating paradox to bring you the best of both — and making complex systems work for people in the process.
